She brings a depth of compassion and professional expertise to mobilize individuals and organizations toward fulfilling their purpose and potential. Pastor Ursula has over 30 years of business experience in Information Technology, including project management, software development, personnel management, and business acquisition.
With more than 20 years of pastoral experience, Pastor Ursula has demonstrated a consistent record of leadership, growth, and results. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Psychology and Family Counseling. An expository teacher and inspirational preacher, she has ministered in numerous churches and faith-based organizations.
Pastor Ursula believes in modeling a life of faith and balance for the next generation while equipping individuals with practical tools to pursue daily success. Her ministry includes preaching, teaching, vocal ministry, creative expression, and the implementation of healthy church administrative best practices.
She serves with the support of her family and the Life Worship Center community, remaining committed to building lives that reflect wholeness, purpose, and spiritual growth.
